I only can introduce you what exists.
Intercasino is giving away 10% from the profits of all the clients forever.
There was a guy who sent 200K emails with proper info inside. He has our bannerst on his page for 2 weeks only. we are still (10 months) paying him about 1k/month.
Smaller casinos usually has bigger payouts.
It works automatically - your merchnts will be ablr to see there money online. We are paying on a monthly basis. If clients lost money during a month we are not transferring negative balance to the next month.
Whethere or not we are contributing to that 10% you can discuss with Rob Thompson (our VP of marketing) at rthompson@cryptologic.com. For the merchants who is working (and you certainly is) we usually sharing promotions upto some amount.
